I also want to be really transparent with you — I keep my coaching spots intentionally limited. Because I’m balancing my own writing schedule, supporting my current clients, and honouring the energy that deep mindset work requires, I only take on a small number of writers at any given time. And I don’t say yes to everyone.
This isn’t about exclusivity — it’s about ensuring that the coaching relationship feels safe, aligned, and genuinely supportive for both of us. Mindset work is intimate. It requires trust, honesty, and a connection that feels good. During your discovery call, I’ll get a sense of whether I’m the right coach for you, and whether I can truly support your needs. ** Before we dive into the coaching options, I want to gently share that these sessions are available after your discovery call, once we’ve both had a chance to connect and determine that we’re a good fit to work together.
Mindset work is intimate and deeply personal, and it’s important that the relationship feels safe, aligned, and supportive for both of us. If we both feel it’s right, you’ll be welcome to choose the coaching pathway that feels best for you.

Single Session — 60 minute Coaching Session

Description:

This is not writing craft coaching.

Why do you have limited coaching spots?
I balance coaching with my own writing schedule and my commitment to my current clients.
Deep mindset coaching requires presence, energy, and emotional holding — which is why I intentionally keep my client list small, to ensure every writer I work with feels fully supported.

How often should I book sessions?
Once we have our discovery call and agree to work together, you can then schedule in sessions whenever best suits you and is available on the online booking portal (dependent on Maddison’s schedule) — weekly or fortnightly sessions are recommended, to create the most powerful, sustainable transformation.
Mindset work compounds over time, and consistent spacing allows the shifts to integrate more deeply.
Do you offer refunds?
No. All coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable.
This protects our time, energy, and the integrity of the coaching process.
Can I reschedule a session?
Yes — as long as it’s more than 48 hours before your scheduled session time.
Inside the 48-hour window, the session is forfeited.
Do the multi-session packages expire?
Yes – you have 12 months in which to use your sessions., from the date of purchase.
Within the 12 months you can use your sessions at your own pace (must be booked in via the online booking portal), though consistent weekly or fortnightly sessions are recommended.
What if I freeze or feel emotional during a session?
Freezing pr feeling emotional is completely normal during a session.
Mindset work touches real fears, patterns, and protective parts of you.
You’re always safe with me — and we’ll go at a pace that feels supportive.
Do I need to be writing a book right now to benefit from coaching?
No. Not at all!
Many of my clients come to me after months — or years — of not writing.
Mindset coaching helps you return to your writing from a place of clarity and confidence, no matter where you’re starting.
What happens after I book a discovery call?
You’ll receive a booking confirmation and a link to join our zoom call.
During the call, we’ll explore your challenges, your goals, and whether working together feels like a strong fit.
