The Bird Personality framework explores the behavioural patterns you bring to writing — how you approach goals, respond to pressure, move through resistance, and stay motivated.
 
 The four bird types reflect different writing tendencies, often referred to by the DOPE acronym:
 

• Dove writers are intuitive and emotionally attuned
• Owl writers are thoughtful and analytical 
• Peacock writers are creative and idea-rich, and 
• Eagle writers are driven and goal-focused.

 
This quiz is designed to highlight your dominant bird type based on your answers — the pattern that shows up most strongly for you right now. Like any self-reflection tool, it offers insight rather than certainty, and your result may shift depending on context, season, or the project you’re working on.
